Your areas of responsibility
- You are the interface to our customers – solution-oriented and individual, you respond to inquiries via email and always find the best solutions.
- You maintain all customer-relevant data in our ERP system.
- Our customers come first for you – you handle complaints and returns with sensitivity, keep track of the status of orders, and maintain close contact with other team members.
- You ensure next-level customer satisfaction – you collect feedback, identify positive as well as negative aspects, and communicate these internally.
What you ideally

- You have a school diploma, very good German as well as English skills.
- You enjoy communicating and advising customers daily.
- You are reliable, conscientious, maintain a structured way of working, and possess good organizational skills.
- You are quick on the keyboard, working on the PC is your thing, and you have a basic technical understanding.
- You let yourself be inspired by the topics of jewelry & lifestyle, develop into an expert in them, and engage with our products so that you can provide optimal advice.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in customer service.
